Day 9 feeling fine! 4:30 Hatha with Mary was hands down the best class I've had to date. The room had great energy, and the mojo was just flowing. My thoughts just tuned out during the entire standing series, and my floor practice was very smooth. I'm very grateful for how I feel right now. I forget where I heard this saying but it's something that has always stuck with me. (Be grateful when you feel good, and gracious when you're not) And right now I'm feeling the love.
Today I made juice with broccoli because we had no beets. It was surprisingly awesome! Day 10 here I come.
