Day 4

4:30 Hatha with Brian
Class today was really good. I felt amazing, and I had more energy then the past 3 days. There was some good collective energy in the room. Brian has a cool style of teaching the class. He is always full of energy, and suggests good adjustments to everyone. Just the smallest change in an asana/posture can make all the difference.
Cathy and I have been consistently making fresh juice everyday for the last 3 weeks, and I think it's really helping me with my Yoga practice. Beets and greens! It makes the body feel good.
