Day 20

4:30 Hatah with Brian! 

This is your captain speaking. Please prepare for flight with you fingers below your shoulder blades, and lockout from the hips down for one solid leg.  Now spread those wings and use every muscle in your body and rise using your 80 twenty breathing.  Wings up, look up, Chest up, legs up and fly...again,......again....keep flying.....release   Now lets pressurize the cabin. 

Reach and stretch, stretch and reach. 

Day 20, Check!  Thank you for an epic class Brian... Let the count down to 30 begin.
